The oil diffusion jet pump is used to obtain the medim vacuum 1.3X10-2Pa with oil steam flow. It consists of diffusion nozzle, jet nozzle and so on. The advantage is that there is a large pumping speed in the high vacuum,and there is enough critical pre pressure in the low vacuum. It has the characteristics of simple structure, no mechanical transmission part, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and long service life. Mainly in the middle and high vacuum system as the main pump and the middle stage of the front pump, this series of pumps are mainly used in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum concentration, distillation, purification and other fields.
