Super Q Tech VIP Thermal Insulation Panel |New Definition of Eco-friendly Thermal Insulation

Since the founding of Super Q Tech, we have been searching for the best solution for high performance insulation. Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) is a new super insulation material that has emerged based on vacuum insulation technology.

It is made of a porous nano-core material with good thermal insulation properties encapsulated with high barrier membrane material under vacuum, which minimises heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation, isolates heat transfer and has highly efficient thermal insulation capability. It is used in various occasions requiring thermal insulation, such as building exterior wall insulation, thermal insulation and decoration integrated wall panels, etc.

The VIP developed by Super Q Tech can achieve the same effect of 10cm traditional insulation material with only 2cm thickness in the application of building heat insulation, and it has Class -A fireproof performance, is green and more safe and efficient than similar products. The building VIP panels are made of fumed silica as the main core material and vacuum encapsulated by a high barrier membrane. Its thermal insulation performance is 6 times that of EPS boards and 7 times that of rock wool boards commonly used in the market today.
